Our Assistant Parish Clerk has for personal reasons requested a reduction in her working hours and so we have agreed that she will assume the title of Planning Clerk and will just be responsible for looking after our Planning and Neighbourhood Development Plan Committees.
Consequently we need to recruit a Clerical Assistant to help our Parish Clerk with general office tasks and to work say 15-20 hours a week by agreement.
The successful candidate will have a good telephone manner, reasonable keyboard skills, be familiar with email processes and have some experience of office working. (Previous parish administration experience is not a requirement.)
