The Council’s Street Scene Team will be targetting waste producers, and in particular, householders in a crackdown on fly tipping in the area. The message is simple – ask to see the waste carrier licence of anyone who offers to remove your household or garden rubbish because you may be liable for a fine and criminal record if any of your waste is found fly-tipped.
