The Club was formed some years ago for the over 60s but over time we have reduced this to the over 50s but to date more of our members are in their 70s/80s and 90s. This decision was taken in the hope of gaining more members.

Our ethos is to be a place of friendship for anyone living in Nutley or the surrounding area.

The Club meets on a monthly basis in the Memorial Hall in the afternoon between 2.30pm and 5pm on the first Friday  in February, March, April May, July, September, October and November.

In June and August we have an outing, one of which is by coach and the other by our own transport plus a Christmas Lunch in December.

At these meetings consists a speaker is invited to present their talk which covers a variety of topics followed by refreshments and a raffle.

We are not a charity and therefore are extremely thankful for any donation or grant that may be received but we do run a Tombola stall on Village Day in order to raise funds to help towards the cost of the outings, etc.

The annual subscription for 2024 is £20 per person and there is an entrance charge of £4 for members and £5 for guests to cover the cost of refreshments and general running of the Club.
