DRAFT Minutes of Maresfield Parish Council Planning Committee held on

Monday 16^th January 2012 at 7.30 pm in the Parish Office, Nutley.

Present: Cllr K Ogden (Chairman), Cllr Mrs. C Flittner, Cllr Mrs. C Reynolds, Cllr D Watson,Cllr R Street, Cllr Ms A Bergan-Gander, Cllr G Snashfold, Cllr M Craddock and the Asst Clerk Mrs. J Bradford.

5.1 Application No: WD/2011/2529/F

Applicant: East Sussex Fire and Rescue Service.

Location: East Sussex Fire and Rescue Service Training Centre, Batts Bridge Road, Maresfield TN22 2HN.

Description: Two storey extension to existing lecture block incorporating external staircase and wheelchair lift, split into two phases.

Response date: 28th January 2012.

It was resolved to recommend approval.

5.2 Application No: WD/2011/2599/F

Applicant: Mr and Mrs. CC HA Beeley & Twigg.

Location: Glenwood South, Fairwarp TN22 3BY.

Description: New Chimney and bay window to garage being converted into residential use.

Response date: 1^st February 2012.

It was noted that the proposed new chimney on the garage building would be tall in stature.

It was resolved to recommend approval.

9.1 Adoption - The minutes were adopted as a true record.

9.2 Matters arising from these Minutes not elsewhere on the Agenda – Cllr Mrs. Flittner raised the issues regarding planning application WD/2011/2476/F Charnwood, Maresfield Park.  It was noted that this application has created much interest in local residents.
