Committee Members are summoned to attend a meeting of Maresfield Parish Council's Finance & Administration Committee, to be held on Thursday 15th December 2011 in the Parish Office, Nutley, at 7.30pm.

1 Public Questions. 2 Apologies for absence. 3 Declarations of interest. 4 Adoption of the minutes of the meeting held on 10th November 2011. 5 Matters arising from these minutes not elsewhere on the Agenda. 6 Review of Month 8 - 2011/12 Financial Reports. 6.1 Allocation of remaining Youth funds. 7 Budget/Precept 2012/13 - Final pass and recommendation to Council for the new Budget/Precept. 7.1 Additional provision for development of the Neighbourhood Plan. 8 Communications. 9 Date of next meeting – Thursday 16th February 2012.
